Flexible, efficient and economical 50BVC,J,Q,Y020-034 SINGLE PIECE OMNIZONE UNIT Units are available for constant volume (CV) or variable air volume (VAV) applications (with the exception of heat pumps) in both modular and singlepiece construction. Single-piece units are completely factory wired, piped and charged, ready for installation. Units use Puron (R-410A) refrigerant and have EERs (Energy Efficiency Ratio) up to 14.6. Units include a direct expansion evaporator coil, compressors, and water-cooled cleanable condensers. The VAV units include a single or multiple belt drive evaporator fan(s) with VFD (variable frequency drive) controlled motor and complete microprocessor control system. Factory-installed options Waterside economizer — A condenser water pre-cooling coil located before the direct expansion cooling coils allows the use of the condenser water to provide free cooling. When the condenser water temperature is less than an adjustable set point or more below the return-air temperature, condenser water is directed to the economizer coil to obtain free cooling. When free cooling is available the economizer coil functions as the first stage of cooling.
