Merino is a tufted carpet made from 100% wool, available in pile heights of 16, 20, 25, and 30 mm, with pile weights ranging from 2650 to 4200 gr/m2. It comes in 20 standard colors, with custom colors available upon request. The maximum size without seams is 430 x 470 cm, and special shapes and designs can be requested. Durability
Wool's natural elasticity and dirt resistance make Merino suitable for residential and light contract use, though not for office castor chairs. It can be used with under-floor heating unless installed wall-to-wall. For heavy traffic public areas, a higher density version, Merino 16+, is available.

Fire Safety
Merino is naturally flame retardant due to its 100% pure wool composition.

Maintenance
Regular vacuuming is recommended to maintain durability. Initial fluffing is normal and temporary. Ideal air humidity for wool is around 50%; below this, the material may dry and lose elasticity. Regular misting with water is advised to prevent drying. Rotating the rug periodically can prevent uneven wear. Slight color variations may occur due to natural materials. Underlay
Using an underlay is recommended for rugs placed on wooden or natural stone floors.

Warranty
Carpet Sign offers a 5-year warranty, excluding shading.

Maintenance •It is important to vacuum your rug at least once a week to prolong its durability. •a new rug will produce fluff, but this is temporary. This fluff does not affect the quality of your rug. •The ideal air humidity for wool is around 50%.
