This primer hides many common stains such as crayon, graffiti, greasy S°llds ** Wel9hl! 43-8 % ±2 spots, water stains, rust, smoke stains, cedar and redwood bleed. Surfaces to be primed must be clean, dry, and free of dust, mildew, dirt, grease, wax, loose paint, or any other contaminant that may inhibit good adhesion.
