Product Description: The Stain Killing Primer 20701 is an interior quick-drying white primer-sealer designed to prevent bleeding stains from showing through other primers. It effectively seals water stains on plaster, ceiling tile, and sheetrock, and can also seal soot damage and smoke residue after cleaning.
Recommended Use: Suitable for sheetrock, plaster, wallboard, interior wood trim, and primed metal.
Application: Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of contaminants. Mildew should be removed with a bleach solution. The primer can be applied using a brush, roller, or spray. Cleanup is easy with soap and water.
Architectural Specifications: Apply one coat of Stain Killing Primer 20701 followed by one or two coats of California Latex finish.
Precautions: Not suitable as a vapor barrier or under wallpaper. Application should occur at temperatures above 50ºF (10ºC). Avoid use in rainy, humid, or foggy conditions. Do not tint with Universal Colorants.
