Product catalog summary
General Information
MDF, Plywood, and CELLON® are used for partitions and room dividers. MDF is available in thicknesses of 10, 19, and 30 mm, while CELLON® panels are 8 and 10 mm thick. CELLON® is a high-pressure laminate panel suitable for both external and internal applications, made of 70% cellulose sheets and 30% phenolic resin. Panels are laser-cut to precise dimensions and painted post-cutting.

Advantages
  • Billing based on net size, minimizing wastage.
  • Precise laser cuts with customizable patterns.
  • Over 100 perforation patterns available.
  • Moisture, frost, and termite-resistant (CELLON® only).
  • FSC certified and easy to install.

Material and Fire Behaviour
MDF and Plywood have normal flammability (D-s2-d0), while CELLON® is fire retardant (B-s1-d0). Special materials can be processed upon request.

Storage and Sorting
MDF and Plywood must be stored dry with PU foam film between panels to prevent scratches. CELLON® panels should be stored upright to avoid paint damage from water.

Ordering Information
Orders require CAD files (DWG/DXF) with specific drawing requirements. Custom patterns must be submitted as CAD drawings with closed contours.

Free-Standing Partitions
Available in 19 mm MDF or 18 mm Plywood with customizable perforations and colors. Maximum dimensions vary based on material and grain direction.

Wall Elements in Recesses
Customizable wall elements can be fixed using clamps, profile bars, or angled sections. Maximum dimensions depend on material thickness.

Partitions without Substructure
Recommended to use 30 mm MDF without additional substructure. Additional support is needed for CELLON® or 19 mm MDF partitions.

Panel Connections
Lamello connectors and steel bolts are used for panel connections. Laser cutting results in black edges, which may show through bright colors.

Our CELLON®-panel is a Compact High-Pressure Laminate Panel (HPL) consisting of 70% cellulose sheets and 30% phenolic resin. The weather-resistant material is ideally suited for external as well as internal applications. The unprocessed panels are manufactured exactly as required for each individual project using laser technology. The panels are thus pre-cut to the exact dimensions (including drill holes) having the desired perforation for the specific site. The panels are painted after cutting. Depending on the perforation and the distance between the fixing points, 8 or 10 mm thick panels are...

Important Note on the Storage/Sorting of CELLON® CELLON® façade panels must never be stored outside in unprotected flat/horizontal position during sorting. Paint damage may occur, if water remains on the panels in a horizontal position*! Please store upright in a protected location and always place the supplied, dry PU-foam foils between the individual plates. Should the intermediate foil get wet, please use new foil. * Rainwater passes through the coating of the CELLON ® panel and cannot penetrate the panel further. This may lead to softening of the coating. This is not the case for vertically...
