Storage Instructions
Panels should not be stored flat/horizontally outside to prevent paint damage. Store upright with dry PU-foam foils between panels.

Order Submission
Acceptable file formats include DWG/DXF and Cadwork 2D/3D. Panels must be drawn on a separate layer with 1:1 scale and clear dimensions.

Fixing Distances
For panels without perforation, the maximum width is 1300 mm with specific fixing distances. Panels are fixed using self-tapping façade screws or rivets, but countersunk screws are not allowed.

Design Alternatives
- Screening elements can be mounted on concrete support posts or between walls and gabions.
- Panels can be used in post systems with suitable gaps.
- Planters and decorative elements can be customized.

External Applications Garden Design Landscape Gardening Features made of CELLON®-Panels Version 1.0 General Information Individual panel segmentation within the following design sizes: For panels without perforation, the maximum width is 1300 mm. Our CELLON®-panel is a Compact High-Pressure Laminate Panel (HPL) consisting of 70% cellulose sheets and 30% phenolic resin. The weather-resistant material is ideally suited for external applications such for balcony infill, separation and screening. The unprocessed boards are manufactured exactly as required for each individual project using laser technology. The panels are thus pre-cut to the exact dimensions (incl. drill holes) and with the desired perforations for the specific construction site. The panels are coated after cutting. Depending on the perforation and the distance between the fixing points, 8 or 10 mm thick panels are used.

Panels without Perforation Fixing Distances Panel without Perforation The diameter of the drill holes is usually 8 mm (fastener + min. 2 mm). The panels are fixed by means of "self-tapping fagade screws with hexagonal head and washer”, diameter 4.8 mm, supplied by Bruag. Alternatively, rivets or other screw types may be used. Panels with Perforation Fixing Distances Panel with Perforation A central, vertical support must be provided for panel of widths 1500 mm or larger in order to maintain secure fixing. Width of support at least 30 mm. If several panels are connected, 4-6 mm must be allowed for the panel joint. The support for the screw connection in this case must be at least 70 mm.

Design Alternatives Screening Elements Mounted on Concrete Support Posts CELLON® screening elements require a stabilising substructure, on which they can be screwed to. Alternatively, the structures can also be covered on both sides and additionally equipped with a sound absorber suitable for external application. Screening Elements between Walls and Gabions Closed or perforated CELLON® panels can be placed between existing structures to break up the overall appearance. Smooth panels are available in all RAL/NCS S colours up to maximum of 1300 mm width. Perforated elements may be installed up to a width of 1800 mm. The maximum span depends on the panel thickness and perforation. It is important to that the CELLON® panels have space for expansion. Screening Elements between Post Systems CELLON® panels with a thickness of 10 mm are suitable for existing post systems, if they are installed with suitable gaps.
