Product catalog summary
Introduction
The Isotec system is a thermal insulation solution designed for pitched roofs, suitable for both refurbishing old buildings and constructing new roofs. It involves the use of lightweight, modular structural panels that interlock to form a loadbearing, thermal insulating, and micro-ventilated platform.

System Composition
Isotec panels consist of a rigid polyurethane foam core with a density of 38 kg/m3, available in thicknesses of 60, 80, 100, and 120 mm. The panels are coated with embossed aluminium and reinforced with a perforated aluzinc stiffener, facilitating micro-ventilation and water drainage.

Installation and Accessories
The system is easy to install using standard tools and does not require specialized labor. It is compatible with both discontinuous and continuous roof structures. Key accessories include Elytex-N, a breathable and waterproof membrane, and various sealing and completion components.

Thermal Performance
Isotec offers high thermal resistance values ranging from 2.5 to 5.0 m2K/W, contributing to significant energy savings, potentially reducing heating costs by up to 50%.

Waterproofing and Ventilation
When installed correctly, Isotec provides excellent second-stage waterproofing and temporary protection against weather conditions. The system's design promotes micro-ventilation, enhancing thermal performance and extending the lifespan of the roof covering.

Advantages
Isotec panels are lightweight, durable, and recyclable. They offer superior thermal insulation, energy savings, and a 10-year guarantee, backed by over 25 years of market experience.

Conclusion
The Isotec system is a versatile and efficient solution for under-tile thermal insulation, offering multiple benefits including energy efficiency, ease of installation, and long-term durability.

Isotec Spread-1

Isotec. Under-tile thermal insulation. Composition. Isotec is made up of a rigid central polyurethane foam core with a density of 38 kg/m3 that, with thicknesses of 60-80-100-120 mm, makes it possible to improve the systems thermal resistance, adapting it to the various requirements for living comfort and greater energy saving. The polyurethane panel is coated in a sheet of embossed aluminium, made loadbearing by a reinforced, perforated aluzinc stiffener that works as a support for laying the roof covering, facilitating micro-ventilation of the space under the covering while conveying any accidental infiltration of rainwater from the roof into the gutter. Dovetail (crosswise): Insulation continuity. Rigid, flame-retardant, expanded polyurethane. It is a thermal insulation system for pitched roofs, designed for repairing and refurbishing roofs on old buildings and for creating new roofs. This simple system involves laying modular structural panels that are light-weight and have longitudinal and header edges, shaped to overlap and interlock with one another. Its light-weight, easy manoeuvrability and workability at a height, speeding up correct installation of the panels that, when laid in sequence (from the gutter line to the ridge) quickly form a loadbearing - thermal insulating - micro-ventilated platform that is waterproof in the face of accidental infiltration past the roof covering. This single dry-laid system provides 4 functions: thermal insulation, second-stage waterproofing, under-tile ventilation and, thanks to the stiffener built into the panel, support for attaching the roof covering. Isotec requires compliance with simple installation rules and strict use of the laying completion accessories. When laid correctly, the roof becomes a real living comfort and energy saving resource for the entire building. Loadbearing stiffener in aluzinc steel. Range of thicknesses. ISOTEC Coated on both surfaces by a sheet of embossed aluminium. Battens (longitudinal): Excellent butting of panels, eliminating any risk of thermal bridges. * With variable in relation to the centres for the tiles used (other widths available by request). The Isotec system is extremely simple to lay, requires normal site tools and does not require specialist labour. It is ideal for both roofs with a discontinuous steel or timber structure or with a continuous structure of any kind.
