Actuator Application
The V7-05 actuator is suitable for DN65, DN80, and DN100 valve sizes, using a screw cap and bolt connection. The V7-06 actuator is used for DN125 and DN150 sizes, with a bolt connection.

The valve body is made of gray cast iron HT-250, with a 304 stainless steel ball and valve stem. The valve seat is made of PTFE, and the O-ring is EPDM. The working media include chilled/hot water and up to 50% glycol, with a media temperature range of -10 to 120°C.

Installation and Adjustment
The V7-02 series 2-way valve must be matched with the V7-05/06 series actuator. The installation requires aligning the mark on the valve stem with the actuator stem slot to ensure correct flow direction.
