Product catalog summary
Description
The V7-01 series motorized ball valves are available in sizes DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, and DN50. They feature a PTFE valve seat for high close-off pressure and excellent sealing. These valves are compatible with V7-03 and V7-04 series actuators.
Actuator Application
V7-03 actuators are used for DN15, DN20, and DN25 valves, while V7-04 actuators are for DN32, DN40, and DN50 valves. Both use bolt connections.
Technical Data
The valves are available in 2-way and 3-way configurations with varying Kv and Cv values. The close-off pressure is 0.6 MPa, and the rated body pressure is 2.5 MPa. Thread sizes range from G1/2 to G2.
Material and Dimensions
The valve body is made of forged brass, with a 304 stainless steel ball and stem. The seat is made of PTFE and graphite, and the O-ring is NBR. The valves can handle chilled/hot water or 50% glycol, with media temperatures from 2℃ to 94℃. Dimensions vary by size, with specific measurements provided for each valve size.
Flow Direction
Flow direction is indicated by a 'T' mark on the valve stem. DN15-25 valves use the V7-03 actuator, and DN32-50 valves use the V7-04 actuator.
Installation & Adjustment
Valves should be installed with spanners on the same side to avoid damage. Actuators can be installed without tools and must be positioned above the valve body. Valves can be installed horizontally or vertically.

FLOW DIRECTION DN15-25 valves are matched with V7-03 actuator. DN32-50 valves are matched with V7-04 actuator. Please notice there is a mark “T” on the top of valve stem. The position of mark “T” indicates flow direction. To avoid valve breaking or unscrew the end pieces, please operate the spanners on the same side of the valve body during the installation (as the figure on the right). Because the valve can be installed on the pipe without the actuator, the adjustment can be processed after the actuator is assembled on the valve. The installation of the actuator is very easy, no tools request....
