Product catalog summary
Description
The V5 series valves are designed for HVAC systems, offering both 3-point floating and 0~10V modulating types. They control the flow rate of the medium to maintain accurate room temperature. Key features include high precision, low power consumption, large flow rate, high pressure difference, low noise, and stable performance. The actuator is detachable, facilitating easy installation and dismantlement.

Technical Data
The valves operate with control signals of 0~10V DC, 2~10V DC, 0~20mA, or 4~20mA, with factory settings at 0~10V DC. The materials used include forged brass or 304 stainless steel for the valve body, brass or stainless steel for the valve stem, and EPDM for the seal. The motor is a bi-directional permanent magnetic synchronous type with a magnetic clutch. Rated voltages are 24VAC, 220VAC, and 110VAC, with varying power consumption.

Material Specifications
The valve body is made from forged brass or 304 stainless steel, while the valve stem is brass or stainless steel. The seal is EPDM, and the chassis is high-strength PC+ABS engineering plastic. The cover is made from fire-retardant ABS engineering plastic.

Model and Technical Data
Models are available in sizes DN15 to DN32, with both 2-way and 3-way configurations. The close-off pressure varies by model, with Kv values ranging from 3.2 to 10.0.

Dimensions
Dimensions vary by model and material, with specific measurements provided for each size and type.

Valve Operation
The document includes instructions for disassembly or assembly of the actuator, installation angles, and wiring diagrams for both 3-point floating and modulating types.

PCB Setting for Modulating Type Actuator Debugging
Calibration and operation modes are detailed, including steps for setting JP1 and switching between modes. Calibration involves setting the actuator to fully open and close positions, with data retained even after power failure.

Installation Remarks
When installing vertically, precautions should be taken to prevent water ingress into the actuator. In high-rise buildings, a pressure-reducing valve should be installed on lower floors.

Breeze V5 Datasheet-1

V5 series valves have 3-point floating type and 0~10V modulating type. Control the flow rate of medium according to actual need, control the room temperature accurately and widely used in HVAC system. Used the ball type valve flap, V5 series zone valves have the features as high precision, low power consumption, large flow rate, high pressure difference, low noise and stable performance. Work in high/ low temperature, high humidity environments. The actuator is easy to detach from the valve body. Separately actuator and valve body make installation and dismantlement easy and convenient. TECHNICAL DATA Remark: 0~10V DC, 2~10V DC ( input impedance is 200kQ), 0~20mA, 4~20mA (input impedance is 500Q). The factory default setting is 0~10V DC, DA state. If having any requirement, please specify it when play an order. Please note: All settings will be finished in factory according to customer order request, please DO NOT change the dip switches or any setting unless you have professional valve knowledge background or you are very familiar with our products Building Technologies V5- Series Floating/Modulating Valve

INSTRUCTION OF DISASSEMBLY OR ASSEMBLY OF ACTUATOR Remark When zone body is installed vertically on the pipe, the actuator should be prevented the water from entering. As for high-rise building, the pressure reducing valve should be installed in the branch on the low floor. INSTALLATION ANGLE WRING DIAGRAM 3-point floating type Modulating type PCB SETTING ( FOR MODULATING TYPE ACTUATOR DEBUGGING) 1. Calibration mode: set JP1 (refer to the following list) accordingly. Firstly, set switch “4” of JP1 to position “ON”, connect the wiring diagram and switch on power. The actuator will drive the valve...
