Product catalog summary
Description
The V1 series motorized valves are designed for use with thermostats in both domestic and commercial central heating, hot water, and chilled water systems. They control the flow of water and are suitable for heating and cooling applications. The valves feature a forged HPB59-1 brass body, a stainless base with an aluminum case, and nitrile rubber (NBR) sealing material. They are driven by a sealed synchro motor with a stainless steel return spring and are available as normally closed 2-way or 3-way diverting valves. The valves are known for their reliability, with a lifespan of 10,000 working cycles, and are easy to install and wire. Actuators and valve bodies are supplied separately for convenience.
Main Parameters
  • Power Supply: AC220V/AC24V±10% 60Hz
  • Power Consumption: 6.5W
  • Pressure Rating: 1.6Mpa
  • Valve Reaction Time: Open Time: ≤12 s, Close Time: ≤8 s
  • Work Condition: Temperature around: 5~40℃
  • Working Medium: Cold/Hot water 2~90℃
  • Motor Torque: >800gf.cm
Specification
The valves are available in various models with different power options (220V or 24V) and sizes (1/2”, 3/4”, 1”). Each model has specific Kv values, closing pressures, and dimensions. For example, the V1-W2D15 model is a 220V, 1/2” valve with a Kv of 2.2 and a closing pressure of 0.2 MPa.
Installation
  • For high-rise buildings, use a pressure-reducing valve at the bottom of the branch pipe.
  • The actuator should not be placed under the pipe to prevent water infiltration into the motor cover.
  • When installed on a vertical pipe, ensure the motor cover avoids water infiltration.
  • The manual operating lever should be moved slowly along the arrow direction and pressed into the groove for a normally open state. It will return to automatic when powered.
  • If the actuator is not installed on the valve body, insert the lever into the groove, press the black button on the actuator, place it on the valve, and release to complete installation. Repeat to remove.
  • For 2-way valves, water flows from B to A, with B as the water supply and A as the by-pass.
Warning
  • The water quality must meet air conditioning operation system requirements.
  • Power must be cut off during maintenance to prevent equipment damage and personal injury.
  • Do not disassemble or touch the circuit when the power is on.

Installation •For high-rise buildings, please use pressure reducing valve on the bottom of branch pipe •The actuator cannot be placed under the pipe when installation since the cover of motor should avoid water infiltration. •The cover of motor must avoid water infiltration when the valve is installed on the vertical pipe. •The manual operating lever: Make the hand lever move slowly along the direction of the arrow, then press it into the groove, the valve will in a normally open state. When current flows through the motorized valve for the first time, the hand lever will be back to automatic...
