The B5 range by Borg & Overström combines high-end functionality with ultra-modern design, offering a sophisticated addition to any environment. Key features include an optimum height for interaction, a fully open and illuminated dispense area, a shrouded faucet for hygiene, a compact alarmed drainage system, and a built-in leak detector.
Water Options and Configuration
The B5 models offer various water options including ambient, chilled, hot, and sparkling. The system uses Direct Chill technology and is available in a floor-standing silver model.
Hygiene and Safety Features
All appliances undergo a sanitising procedure to ensure 99.999% bacteria reduction, certified by laboratories. The Sterizen™ process provides hygienically safe appliances. The Fynil™ epoxy-resin surface finish resists biofilm and limescale, enhancing hygiene and durability. An ultra-violet sterilising system, Viovandt™, is available for additional bacteria reduction.
Filtration and Technology
Borg & Overström appliances can be equipped with a 3M filter to reduce sediment, chlorine, odours, and scale. The Totality™ methodology drives innovation and hygiene advancements in refreshment systems.
Specifications
The B5 floor-standing models measure W520xD415xH1310mm. They require a power supply of 220-240 volts at 50 hertz. Chilled water temperatures range from 2°C to 11°C, while hot water can reach up to 92°C. Throughput capacities are 35 litres per hour for chilled water and 6 litres per hour for hot water.
Additional Features
Optional accessories include printed paper cups, CO² housing for aesthetic appeal, a wall bracket kit for security, a sanitisation kit for maintaining hygiene, and an install kit with a 3M filter. The Viovandt™ filter kit aids in water purification, and Deep Sparkle™ CO² refills are available for disposal via recycling or general waste. Personal drinking bottles are offered in black or grey with a soft-touch finish.
