Product catalog summary
Product Description: The document describes a low voltage luminaire designed by Bocci, featuring a steel armature system with a black powder-coated finish. It includes 28 pendants created through a complex glass blowing technique, resulting in unique spherical shapes. The standard pendants have clear glass exteriors and milk white interiors, with options for various color compositions, sizes, and shapes.
Specifications: The luminaire includes a black powder-coated stainless steel canopy, 1.5w LED lamps (total draw of 7.5w), and extenders available in multiple lengths. The fixture can drop up to 2.5 meters and weighs approximately 9.8 kg. Power supplies are integral, and the product is patented in Canada, the US, and the EU.
Installation Instructions: The installation involves feeding canopy connector wires through the canopy bracket, ensuring structural support, and anchoring the bracket. The fixture is leveled using aircraft cables and swag hooks. The document emphasizes not installing the fixture directly to a standard ceiling junction box and provides detailed steps for assembling branches and securing pendants.
Maintenance and Notes: Regular dusting with a lint-free cloth is recommended, and further cleaning should be done with a damp cloth. Replacement lamps can be purchased online, and power supplies should be mounted remotely for ease of maintenance. The fixture is not designed for standard ceiling junction boxes.
Important Considerations: For drywall ceilings, backing with plywood is recommended for anchoring swag hooks. The document provides detailed instructions for connecting wires, assembling branches, and ensuring the fixture is balanced during installation.

black powder coated stainless steel canopy 160mm (6.3”) in diameter x 40mm (1.6”) deep blown glass, matte black powder coated stainless steel armature, electrical components, black powder coated canopy WEIGHT: POWER SUPPLIES: DESCRIPTION A steel armature system in a black powder coated finish allows pre-composed branches to be easily connected to a series of hubs during installation. Individual 28 pendants result from a complex glass blowing technique whereby air pressure is intermittently introduced into and then removed from a glass matrix which is intermittently heated and then rapidly cooled. The result is a distorted spherical shape with a composed collection of imploded inner shapes, one of which acts as a shade for the light source. 160 (6.3”) 40 (1.6”) Standard 28s are made with clear glass exterior spheres and milk white interior lamp holder cavities. 28s are possible with infinite versatility in colour compositions, sizes and shapes. + Purchase replacement lamps online at www.bocci.com/shop/bulbs + Power supplies can be mounted remotely in an easily accessible and hidden location for ease of long-term maintenance. + The fixture can be leveled with aircraft cable and swag hooks (provided). + The fixture is not designed for standard ceiling octagonal junction box. DO NOT install fixture directly to the junction box. + To maintain your fixture, please regularly dust with a lint-free cloth. If further cleaning is required, dampen a lint-free cloth with water only and wipe gently to remove dust or debris.
