NatuFlex significantly increases the thermal mass of buildings, allowing them to store and release heat efficiently. It has a higher specific heat capacity than many man-made materials, enhancing its ability to absorb and store energy.

The insulation helps maintain comfortable indoor temperatures by absorbing and releasing energy, reducing the need for air conditioning in summer and heating in winter. It can store significant solar energy, which is released as free energy, lowering heating costs.
