BISOL EasyMount™ Slim & Twin Slim BASE offers a cost-effective and lightweight solution for installing photovoltaic (PV) modules on flat roofs with up to a 5° inclination. The system is designed for hassle-free installations with preassembled components and a 10-year product guarantee.
Technical Specifications
- Application: Suitable for flat roofs with up to 5° inclination.
- Installation Method: Direct laying without roof penetration.
- Module Incline: Options of 10° or 20° for Slim BASE and 10° for Twin Slim BASE.
- Module Orientation: Landscape.
- Module Frame Tolerances: Length: Any; Width: up to 1,100 mm; Frame thickness: 30, 35, or 40 mm.
- Material: Aluminum EN-AW 6060 T6 for basic construction parts and Stainless steel A2-70 for fixation elements.
- System Weight: 0.015 kN/m² for Slim BASE and 0.01 kN/m² for Twin Slim BASE without PV module.
- Snow Load: 0 – 2.40 kN/m² with BISOL PV modules.
- Wind Load: 0 – 150+ km/h (93+ mph).
- Additional Stabilization: Ballast and windshields for Slim BASE; Ballast for Twin Slim BASE.

Fun facts about BISOL EasyMount™ Slim and Twin Slim BASE The front and back rows of PV modules that are most exposed to the wind are connected to the inside of the array via longer profiles, which improves overturning resistance of the structure and thus reducing the required ballast and ensures more wind safety on the roof.
