The %” thick steel griddle surface is extremely strong and provides excellent heat transfer over the entire cooking surface. Individually controlled, high output burner tubes provide heat control and allow the surface temperature to be held uniform. Separate burner tubes can also provide a graduated heat that allows for cooking in front and holding in back when needed. The wind resistant stainless steel burner tubes are protected inside the enclosed body that can serve double duty as a short term warming or holding area for your chafing dishes. Solid Construction: These commercial grade griddles are built to provide years of reliable service. The %” thick steel griddle top is bolted solidly to a strong, square-tube, steel chassis. The carbon steel body and tube frame are powder coated to ensure easy clean-up and years of trouble free maintenance.
