TECHNICAL FILE (Geomagnetic Polarity Inverter) Attachment system by brackets CONSIDERATIONS & PRECAUTIONS The I.P.G® is designed to function indoors. The system must operate continuously. It must not be heated by a heating system or direct solar radiation. The I.P.G® is placed at a height of between 1.50 m and 2 m above natural ground level. The device should be cleaned only with a cloth. It is important to place the device in a position where the action range of the system covers the furthest walls and wet parts. It is recommended that it should be placed in a more or less central location in the dwelling at more than 1.2 m from metal tubes or beams, safes and large speakers. TECHNICAL FILE THE I.P.G® INSTALLATION The I.P.G® is generally placed at a height of between 1.5 m and 2 m above natural ground level. There are several possible placements depending on the dwelling : Central placement in the dwelling (centre of the house) Placement in cellar or basement if its minimum height is 2 m (otherwise central placement) Placement on the ground floor if the height of the crawl space is less than 0.8 Placement on the ground floor above the basement if the basement does not cover the entire dwelling.
