General Specification
The TIROS recessed lighting fixtures are designed with a steel housing that is black powder coated, and a decorative trim and lamp housing made of aluminium with a silver powder coating. The lamp housing is adjustable by +/- 45 degrees on two axes. The fixtures come with high power factor (HPF) electronic ballasts for metal halide lamps and electronic transformers for 12V halogen lamps. Safety features include a toughened safety glass for metal halide fixtures. The fixtures are installed from below.

Weight and Dimensions
The fixtures vary in weight from 1.4Kg to 4.8Kg depending on the configuration. Cut-out dimensions and fixture sizes are specified for different models, accommodating 1 to 4 lamps.

The fixtures support various lamp types including AR111, PAR30, and CDM-T with wattages ranging from 35W to 150W. Configurations are available for single, double, triple, and quad lamp setups.
