SCREW KNEADER COMPLIES WITH THE MACHINERY DIRECTIVE LAMIX 100L is a kneading machine for a quick and easy preparation of masonry and plaster mortars, cementitious and anhydrate screeds both auto-levelling and with damp earth consistency, ordinary and special concretes (i.e. for quick formwork removal) but also light ones in the different consistency classes (S1 - S5). The product complies with the Machinery Directive 2006/42 EC (ex 98/37 EC) 2004/108 EC (ex 89/336 EEC) - 2006/95 EC (ex 73/23 EEC) and with the harmonized rules UNI EN ISO 12100-1, UNI EN ISO 12100-2 of 2005. The LAMIX 100L is a reliable and solid machine that guarantees a stable and homogeneous quality of the mixture thanks to its dual-direction system. The filling of the LAMIX 100L takes place in the upper part of the tank, which is provided with a grille and a bag splitter. Once split the bag, the material comes out and goes down into the lower tank and here, thanks to the dual-direction system, it is mixed and led to the unloading hatch. The LAMIX 100L can be used in big, medium and small building sites as well as for ordinary maintenance and recovery works. The reduced weight and the easy handling – permitted by the presence of wheels and two lifting points – allow to transport and place the LAMIX 100L directly where needed. It is easy to clean and it does not need any special maintenance, only the ordinary reported clearly in the operation and maintenance manual.
