ORDINARY STRUCTURAL PRE-DOSED READY TO USE CONCRETE RESISTANCE CLASS CHARACTERISTIC RESISTANCE PRODUCT AND FIELDS OF APPLICATION CLS30 is a pre-dosed product in polyethylene bags containing in separate sections a mixture of silico-calcareous aggregates in 3 granulometric classes, Portland cement and superplasticizer additives, with which by adding the quantity of water indicated in the technical data sheet it is possible to pack Rck 30 N/mm2 on the site in conformity with the EN 206:2014 and UNI 11140 standards (instructions for the application of the EN 206-1 in Italy) CLS30 is used for the construction of structural castings such as footings, foundations, beams, columns, composite slab, etc., indicated also for structures with exposed façade walls, floors, stairs, etc. CLS30 is used for the construction of structural castings such as footings, foundations, beams, columns, composite slab, etc. PREPARATION OF THE PRODUCT A bag of CLS30 is to be mixed with the addition of 1.5 - 2 litres of clean water by means of a mechanical mixer (cement mixer, cochlea kneader) until obtaining an S4 fluid consistency, the mixing time should not exceed 3 minutes. CLS30 can also be mixed by hand with the aid of normal site equipment (shovel) as long as the mixture is homogeneous and free of lumps. CLS30 is mixed and transported with the main machines (pneumatic pumps) for concretes on the market.
