ASPHALTALL READY FOR USE BITUMINOUS COLD MIX PRODUCT AND FIELDS OF APPLICATION ASPHALTALL is a ready for use bituminous cold mix, that is workable at room temperature. The presence within of the formulation of selected aggregates, bitumen emulsion, mineral additives, additives, make ASPHALTALL particularly workable and easy to apply. ASPHALTALL is indicated for the maintenance and repair of road surfaces with continuous traffic, the closure of potholes, patches, closure of excavations and sealing of cracks INSTALLATION ASPHALTALL is ready to use, it does not need any other preparation. Before laying it down, make sure that the surface to be repaired is clean and free of backwater. There is no need for primers and/or adhesion promoters although their presence improves the adhesion between the substrate to be restored and ASPHALTALL. Open the bag and pour ASPHALTALL directly onto the area to be restored, ensuring that the minimum thickness is at least 1.5 cm. With the aid of a shovel apply the product in only one solution up to a thickness of 5-6 cm and subsequently proceed with its manual compaction by means of a pestle and/or roller or mechanically by means of a vibrating plate. To accelerate the hardening time, we recommend after compacting the ASPHALTALL to perform a surface dusting with fine sand or cement powder. ASPHALTALL is immediately passable.. ASPHALTALL is indicated for the maintenance and repair of road surfaces with continuous traffic.
