The DOMIX series of water meters utilize state-of-the-art technology to deliver the most accurate volume and temperature dispensing available in the bakery equipment market today. The key to this performance is a proprietary, cast, thermostatic mixing valve developed spe- cifically for high-accuracy dosing.All DOMIX meters are microprocessor con-trolled and feature touch-type keyboards and electronic display of delivered water quantity and temperature.
