Refrigerator/Freezer Module
This module includes roll-in, reach-in, and undercounter models, available in 1 and 2-door configurations. They are Energy-Star rated and use environmentally friendly refrigerants. Oven Module

Proofing Module
Features Energy-Star rated roll-in proofers with microprocessor-controlled features and proofer/oven combos for space efficiency. Models include AP-1W-28, AP-2W-28, and BX Proofer.
Frozen-to-Fresh Donuts Module
The Thermoglaze machine thaws, heats, and glazes frozen donuts, available in models that process 25 or 50 dozen per hour. Models include Thermoglaze 25 and Thermoglaze 50.
Decorating/Packaging Module
Includes icing and decorating tables, cake decorating, and packaging solutions with 2-bowl and 4-bowl icers, a 7-pan finishing center, and a sugaring table. Models include H+I–2, H+I–4, DFC, and ST–2.
Salad/Sandwich Module
Designed for fast preparation with prep tables featuring 6 or 12 refrigerated pans and a 10” removable cutting board. Models include VUR-3-BT (1-Door) and VUR-4-BT (2-Door).
