Features
MS-Flex is a versatile sealant and construction adhesive suitable for bonding a wide range of materials including wood, metal, plastic, glass, aluminum, polystyrene, rigid PVC, ceramic, concrete, and stone. MS-Flex can be used with normal caulking guns, ensuring minimum wastage and simple processing. It is universally applicable across various industries such as installation trade, concrete and construction, bodywork and vehicle, caravan and container construction, and gardening and landscaping.

Directions for Use
Ensure adhesive surfaces are clean, grease-free, and firm. Apply the adhesive in dots or waves on one side and press parts together within approximately 10 minutes. The material should be pressed down lightly until hardened. It cannot be painted with alkyd resin paints, and surface adhesion can be improved with a suitable primer. Uncured adhesive residues can be removed with beko Allclean.

Range of Use
MS-Flex is not suitable for expansion joints or applications on PP, PE, PTFE, or bituminous surfaces. Improper application voids the product warranty. It is intended for professional and industrial use only, and users should observe the safety data sheet.

Technical Data
The adhesive is based on MS-Polymer and is processable from +5°C to +40°C. It is temperature resistant from -40°C to +90°C. The skin formation time is approximately 10 to 15 minutes, with curing at approximately 2 mm/24 hours. It has a density of approximately 1.5 g/cm³ and a Shore A hardness of approximately 60. The product has a flexibility of +/- 15% and an elongation at break of approximately 200%. It has a tensile strength of approximately 2.8 N/mm². The storage life is 12 months unopened, and it should be stored in a cool, dry place.

Packaging
MS-Flex is available in cartridges of 300 ml and pouches of 600 ml, with various color options including white, transparent, black, grey, and beige.

Accessories
Allclean Surface Cleaner is available as an accessory for cleaning purposes.
