Product catalog summary
Features and Applications
Allbond products are designed for installation and repair, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. They effectively bond a variety of materials including wood, MDF, leather, paper, rubber, cork, metal, aluminum, hard foam, plastics, plastic edges, ceramics, and tiles. The Allbond-Fluid is a high-quality single-component cyanoacrylate adhesive, while the Allbond-Spray accelerates curing, and the Allbond-Primer enhances adhesion on challenging plastics like PP and PE.
Benefits
The products offer strong bonding within seconds, easy handling, and good material compatibility. They ensure safety in use, do not run or drip, and are easy to dose. The adhesives maintain high adhesion strength, remain permanently transparent, and do not flood absorbent surfaces. They are usable up to 12 months after opening.
Directions for Use
Ensure adhesive surfaces are dry, clean, and free from dust, oil, and grease. Use Allclean to prepare surfaces. Apply Allbond-Spray at room temperature until a clear film forms, then let it dry. Apply Allbond-Fluid in a thin layer and press parts together for about 10 seconds. The bond is handleable after approximately 20 seconds. For PE and PP plastics, pretreat with Allbond-Primer. Note that improper application voids the warranty. These products are intended for professional and industrial use only.
Technical Data
Allbond-Fluid is based on ethyl cyanoacrylate, while Allbond-Spray and Allbond-Primer are solvent-based. They are temperature resistant from -30°C to +150°C. The wet life is approximately 1 to 2 minutes, with handling strength achieved in 10 to 60 seconds depending on the material. Full strength is reached after 24 hours. The products are clear and have a characteristic smell. Storage life varies from 6 to 12 months depending on the product, with specific storage temperature requirements.
Packaging
Allbond products are available in various sizes and sets, including 10g, 20g, and 50g for Allbond-Fluid, and 30ml and 150ml for Allbond-Spray. Sets combine different sizes of Fluid and Spray. Sales displays are also available.
