Composition: The BePlatform is designed for heavyweight lifting, utilizing a COLD MOLD production method to create rubber tiles that protect equipment and flooring. The tiles are made from SBR Rubber and a specially formulated MDI polyurethane bonding agent, ensuring a smooth, non-porous surface.

Specifications: The tiles are intended for indoor use, measuring 50 x 50 cm with thickness options of 40mm or 50mm. They have a density of 950-980 kgs/m3 and a weight of 36kg/m2 for 40mm thickness and 45kg/m2 for 50mm thickness. The hardness is rated at 60 ± 5 Shore A.

Intended Use: Suitable for fitness facilities, functional training centers, and weightlifting platforms.

Certifications: The product meets fire resistance standards (Efl (B2)a,c EN 13501), reaction to fire (Fs <150 mm in 20 seconds ISO 11925), impact sound insulation (> 26 dB ISO 10140), and airborne sound insulation (> 48 dB ISO 10140). It also passes abrasion resistance (0.28-0.40g ISO 5470-1), REACH, and VOC tests.

Performance: The BePlatform offers outstanding impact resistance, superb acoustic insulation, and easy cleaning and maintenance. It is designed for weights up to 200kg for regular use and over 220kg for professional heavy weightlifting, providing excellent shock absorption.
