Technical Data Sheet: BEKA BUILDMAT ROLL Revision: JAN 2026 BEKA BUILDMAT is a high-performance recycled rubber roll underlayment designed for use within construction systems to provide vibration isolation, structural decoupling, impact noise reduction and thermal insulation. Manufactured from selected recycled SBR rubber granules bonded with polyurethane elastomers, BUILDMAT rolls form a resilient and durable elastic layer that can be integrated into floors, walls, and structural assemblies. The material is specifically engineered to function as a technical intermediate layer, improving the performance of building systems by reducing structure-borne vibrations, minimizing acoustic transmission and contributing to enhanced thermal insulation and energy efficiency.
