Composition
BeFlex EPDM rubber tiles are designed for outdoor use to protect children in playgrounds, terraces, kindergartens, and climbing facilities. They offer excellent impact absorption, durability, and protection against UV and weather conditions. The tiles are made from recycled SBR rubber, MDI polyurethane bonding agent, and 100% new EPDM. They are available in dimensions of 50x50 cm with thickness options of 25mm, 35mm, and 45mm, each with a tolerance of +5mm. The surface is slightly porous, soft, and smooth, and the weight varies with thickness.

Specifications
BeFlex EPDM tiles are suitable for various applications including playgrounds, terraces, walking paths, and garage paths. They are certified for fire resistance (Efl (B2)a,c) and reaction to fire (Fs <150 mm in 20 seconds). The tiles comply with several EU regulations regarding hazardous substances. They offer superb impact absorption, are easy to install, clean, and maintain.

Certifications
The tiles meet the permitted fall height standards (DIN EN 1177:2018, EN 1176-1:2017) with HIC values of 99 cm, 119 cm, and 139 cm for 30 mm, 40 mm, and 50 mm thicknesses respectively. They also comply with REACH regulations for mercury, cadmium, and organostannic compounds.
