Composition and Specifications
BeFit Pro Grey rubber tiles are made using a COLD MOLD production method, enhancing performance and installation ease. These tiles are composed of recycled SBR rubber and a specially formulated MDI polyurethane bonding agent. They are designed for indoor use, with dimensions of 100 x 100 cm, a thickness of 20 mm, and a density of 950-980 kg/m³. The tiles have a smooth, non-porous surface and a hardness of 60 ± 5 Shore A.

Intended Use
These tiles are suitable for indoor climbing wall areas, fitness facilities, functional training centers, Crossfit boxes, and personal training studios.

Certifications and Performance
The tiles meet fire resistance standards Efl (B2)a,c (EN 13501) and have a reaction to fire of Fs <150 mm in 20 seconds (ISO 11925). They provide impact sound insulation of 26 dB and airborne sound insulation of 48 dB (ISO 10140). Abrasion resistance is rated at 0.28-0.40g (ISO 5470-1). The tiles have passed REACH and VOC (air quality) tests, offering high impact resistance, superb acoustic insulation, and easy maintenance.

Color and Aesthetic Considerations
The grey color provides a distinctive look, though color stability can be affected by UV exposure and artificial lighting. A slight color change over time is expected, and up to 5% color deviation may occur between production batches. The tiles are not UV protected, and the 2-year warranty does not cover color deviation.
