Composition and Specifications
BeFit Pro FLEX rubber tiles are manufactured using a COLD MOLD production method, enhancing impact absorption and sound insulation. The tiles are made from SBR Rubber and a specially formulated MDI polyurethane bonding agent. They are designed for indoor use with dimensions of 100 x 100 cm and available in thicknesses of 25mm and 30mm. The tiles feature a smooth, non-porous surface with a density of 950-980 kgs/m3 and a hardness of 60 ± 5 Shore A.

Intended Use
These tiles are suitable for indoor climbing wall areas, fitness facilities, functional training centers, Crossfit boxes, and personal training studios.

Certifications and Performance
The tiles have a fire resistance rating of Efl (B2)a,c (EN 13501) and a reaction to fire of Fs <150 mm in 20 seconds (ISO 11925). They provide impact sound insulation of 26 dB and airborne sound insulation of 48 dB (ISO 10140). Abrasion resistance is measured at 0.28-0.40g (ISO 5470-1). The product has passed REACH and VOC (air quality) tests.
