Composition and Specifications
BeFit Pro Flecks rubber tiles are designed to protect subfloors in weightlifting and Crossfit areas, offering excellent impact absorption and sound insulation. They are made from recycled SBR rubber, MDI polyurethane bonding agent, and 100% new EPDM flecks. The tiles are intended for indoor use, measuring 100x100 cm with a thickness of 17mm + 3mm. They have a slightly porous, soft, and smooth surface, with a density of 970-990 kgs/m3 and a weight of 19 kg per square meter at 20mm thickness.

These tiles are ideal for indoor climbing walls, fitness facilities, functional training centers, personal training studios, and Crossfit boxes.

Certifications and Technical Data
The tiles have a fire resistance rating of Efl (B2)a,c according to EN 13501, with a reaction to fire of Fs <150 mm in 20 seconds (ISO 11925). They provide impact sound insulation of 26 dB and airborne sound insulation of 48 dB (ISO 10140). The abrasion resistance is between 0.28-0.36gr (ISO 5470-1).
