TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION GUIDE Heatrae Advance Plus Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery System As we become more environmentally aware and increasingly cost aware, modern homes are becoming more and more airtight in response. This has driven the need for ventilation systems to deliver more and consume less. The Heatrae Advance Plus is the perfect mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR) solution for dwellings with up to 115 square metres of floor space and five wet rooms. It provides controlled and better ventilation for a healthy and comfortable indoor climate, while retaining the heat to an efficiency of up to 90%. It is highly efficient and operates with a specific fan power (SFP) of just 0.37W/l/s, one of the lowest SFPs in the market. Whilst removing contaminated wet air from kitchens, utility rooms and bathrooms, the ECO 4 simultaneously introduces fresh preheated air to other rooms in the home.
