Antoine + Manuel, a duo of Parisian graphic artists, have ventured into furniture design with a unique piece that blends art and fantasy. Their creation, a cabinet, is part of a new collection by BD Barcelona Design, showcasing a fusion of decorative arts, hieroglyphic language, contemporary graphics, fantasy, and optimism.

Design and Inspiration
The cabinet is a rare example of graphic designers entering the realm of furniture design, drawing inspiration from historical high and low reliefs. Antoine Audiau and Manuel Warosz, known for their extraordinary graphic art, have created a piece that combines the quality of traditional craftsmanship with modern technology.

Specifications
The cabinet features a body and shelf made from black or white lacquered MDF. The doors, plain top, and sides are crafted from integral polyurethane injection on a melamine board support. The feet are made from solid alder wood, lacquered and micro-textured to match the doors. The tops have reliefs in lacquered micro-textured DMF chipboard.

Production and Quality
Produced by BD Barcelona Design, the cabinet maintains the quality of yesteryear while utilizing contemporary technologies. The design reflects a surprising mixture of arts and crafts, offering a modern take on traditional design elements.
