BD Love ECO by Ross Lovegrove Paragüero Plec 2020 “Plastic is fantastic”. That’s what Ross Lovegrove said when he was designing the BDLove collection in 2001, twenty years back. It was the first time that rotomolded polyethylene was used to make a collection of public benches. All the pieces in the BDLove collection offer the possibility to have a seat: a bench (BDLove bench) with a record capacity of seating up to 10 people. The lamp incorporates a seat (BDLove lamp) as well as the planter (BDLove planter). Light, resistant, stackable and now ecological as well. Made from a 100% recycled and 100% recycable polyethylene. “El plástico es fantástico”. Lo decía Ross Lovegrove cuando estaba diseñando la colección BDLove en 2001, hace veinte años. Fue la primera vez en la historia que se empleaba el polietileno rotomoldeado para hacer una colección de asientos públicos. Todas las piezas de la colección BDLove ofrecen asiento. Está integrada por un banco (BDLove bench) con capacidad récord de hasta diez personas, un asiento que incorpora una lámpara (BDLove lamp) y otro que se funde con una jardinera (BDLove planter). Ligeros, resistentes, apilables y ahora también ecológicos. Fabricado en polietileno 100% reciclado y 100% reciclable.
