Overview
Baühu Cubes are modular buildings that utilize a demountable mono block construction system, allowing them to be shipped flat-packed and assembled quickly on any flat surface. These structures can be easily transported, reassembled, and stored efficiently, offering a cost-effective and durable solution for rapid deployment.

System Production Technology
The structural sections of Baühu Cubes are made from galvanized S320GD+Z type C and U profiles, produced using Cad-Cam controlled cold roll-form machines without welding, adhering to DIN EN 10326 standards. The assembly uses special screws and bolts, enabling multiple disassemblies and reassemblies. Compliance with seismic and static calculations is ensured using software like Sap2000 and CFS, following international standards.

Mechanical and Electrical
Includes surface-mounted electrical installations with grounding, separate lines for heating devices, and a residual current relay. Sanitary installations feature surface-mounted PPRC water pipes and PVC waste pipes, with customer responsibility for main line connections.

External Finishes
All materials have a 60-micron thick electrostatic powder coating. Exterior paint colors are customer-specified, with options for bulk orders.

Assembly
Baühu Cubes come with comprehensive assembly instructions, fixings, and tools. They can be combined to create larger modular buildings based on customer-approved designs.

Compliance Standards
Baühu Cubes adhere to various Eurocodes and EN standards for steel construction, fire resistance, and earthquake resistance. They are designed for accommodation purposes only and must be handled correctly during loading and unloading.
