Glass Juliette Balconies

Glass Juliette Balconies

Product catalog summary
Installation Instructions for Balconette Juliette System
1. Bottom Track Alignment: Ensure the bottom track is horizontally centered with the window opening and vertically aligned to allow access to the glazing bead from inside. Secure the bottom track brackets to the wall using a level for accuracy.
2. Handrail Positioning: Measure the correct height for the handrail using the provided drawing. Center the handrail with the window or ensure equal overlap on both sides. Secure the handrail to the wall through the brackets.
3. Glass Installation: Remove any existing glazing beads. Place two spacers on the bottom track for each glass, securing them with silicone. Clean the glass by removing any stickers or writing. Insert the glass into the handrail slot and lower onto the spacers. Replace the glazing bead.
4. Final Adjustments: Align the glasses to ensure correct spacing between each other and the wall. Insert a 3mm rubber gasket in the bottom track between the glass and glazing bead, using soapy water to ease the process. Insert two 3mm rubber gaskets on both sides of the handrail, again using soapy water if needed. Trim any excess rubber.
