Data sheet and processing tips for Ampacoll® Primax Ampacoll® Primax Product description Ampacoll Primax Is a solvent-free etching primer for Ampacoll butyl and acrylic adhesive strips on porous surfaces, such as masonry, plaster, concrete, bare wood, soft wood fibre board, etc. Technical details: Basis Drying time on dry surfaces: Shelf life / storage Coverage Application temperature Solvent-free acrylic copolymer +20 °C approx. 15 min. Frost-free at +5 °C to +25 °C, store upright and dry. Keep out of direct sunlight. Processing tips Surfaces/materials to be bonded ® ® Ampacoll Primax is a solvent-free etching primer for Ampacoll butyl and acrylic adhesive strips on porous surfaces, such as masonry, plaster, concrete, bare wood, soft wood fibre board, etc. Preparation Surfaces, connections and materials to be bonded must be clean and dry and free of dust and grease. The surfaces must also be structurally sound. Remove any concrete and cement residue. Application Evenly apply a strip of etching primer which is as wide as the adhesive tape to the surface. Protect primed surfaces from dust and moisture, etc....
