Baumit SpeedTop - 1

Baumit SpeedTop Ready to use additive for Baumit SilikonTop and Baumit GranoporTop. Provides accelerated setting and enhanced durability on the façade with high humidity and low temperatures as well as in fog. Can be added in temperature of < +1C and <15C and with relative humidity of <95%. For subsequent application to Baumit SilikonTop, Baumit FineTop and Baumit GranoporTop in temperature ranges from ≥ + 1 °C and ≤ + 15 °and relative humidity of ≤ 95 % (other weathering conditions negatively influence drying properties). This is added directly at the construction site. Addition to accelerate film formation and improvement resistance on the façade at higher relative humidity and lower temperatures as well as in fog. With proper Baumit SpeedTop application and proper use, the solidification process is accelerated and takes place, as a rule, after 4-6 hours (dependent upon temperature and relative humidity). Do not freeze the applied plaster during this time. Technical Data: Colour:
Density: pH level: Handling temperature (air and surface): Max. relative humidity: colourless approx. 1.0 kg/dm3 approx.. 11 - 12 ≥ + 1 °C to ≤ + 15 °C 95% Yield / consumption: Material consumption Organic additive, ammonia and water. The substrate must be clean, dry, frost-free, dust-free, not water-resistant, free of blisters, bearing and free from loose parts. The underground temperature must not be less than + 1 °C. Mix a container of Baumit SpeedTop into a container of Baumit SilikonTop, Baumit FineTop or Baumit GranoporTop with a stirrer. Then do not set the handling consistency of the plaster with additional water. Do not mix in any other materials. Baumit SpeedTop must always be completely added in order to not negatively influence handling properties. By adding larger volumes, the temperature range in which the plaster can be worked cannot be lowered further. Add Baumit SpeedTop just before handling (avoid unnecessary downtime). Only prepare enough compound to be used within about 1.5 hours after preparation. The material reaction is finished after this period of time, and the compound is solid. Stiffened render cannot be re-stirred. Baumit SpeedTop may not be removed and further handled with unaccelerated plaster within associated surfaces. Plastic bottles, contents 250 ml (24 bottles per box = 6 litres). In closed plastic bottles, cool, but not under + 5 °C. The storage time should not exceed 12 months, maximum storage duration 24 months. Product data sheet 1 of 2 Baumit Ltd Unit 2, Westmead, New Hythe Lane, Aylesford, Kent, ME20 6XJ sales@bau
