B-HYGIENIC HYGISEAL Version 2012.2 CHARACTERISTICS - EASY APPLICATION - FAST CURE - UV RESISTANT - ODOURLESS - NON-TOXIC AND SOLVENT FREE - RESISTANT TO HIGH EN LOW TEMPERATURES PRODUCT DESCRIPTION B-Hygienic HygiSeal is a 2 component product for the seamless connection or reparation of the FRP sheets, Insupanel et HygiWall (FRP sandwich panels). INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 1) Install the sheets or panels with a joint of ± 4 mm. Make the sheets dust, dirt and grease free. 2) Stick the tape on the edge of the sheets which must be applied HygiSeal. 3) Remove with a special knife, over the entire length, 2 mm of the tape. Remove the cap from the cartridge and place the mixing nozzle. Insert the cartridge into the gun. Spray the first 10 cm away. 4) Apply enough product in the joint. 5) 5 Min after applying the HygiSeal, smooth-up the joint with the supplied smooth maker. Make sure the overlap is filled as well. Do not use water or other products for smoothing: this can lead to bubbles. 6) Remove the tape 5 min after applying the HygiSeal. Replace the mixing nozzle after each break > 10 min. After usage, close the cartridge with the cap. After closing you can store the HygiSeal max. 6 months. TECHNICAL INFORMATION Content: Standaard colour: - 400 ml (cartridge with 2 chambers) - 265 ml (cartridge for use with 300 cc gun) White, other colours available on demand. Solvent free thixotropic B-Hygienic HygiSeal for seamless connection or reparation. Label: Labelling according to EU-guidelines.
