MESHcreate wireless RS485 networks Thanks to MESH, our terminals and controllers can manage additional readers and I/O boards without any cabling MESH is based on Mesh technology at 2.4 GHz that creates extremely reliable wireless networks thanks to the fact that each node works simultaneously as a RS485 module master and a signal repeater for other MESH by relaunching the signal. This type of architecture creates an extremely flexible, strong network, as each node is connected to many other nodes. With MESH the central building’s terminal can also control the vehicle gate’s readers and I/O in the car park without physical connections but also using wireless. A Mesh network comprises: • At least one gateway device connected to the RS485 network master. •One or more remote nodes that the RS485 slave modules are connected to (readers, keyboards, I/O modules) that can be controlled by the master, avoiding physical cable connection. Open the catalog to page 1Mesh allows wireless connection of FD devices (FD-NeoMAX, FD-RFID5, FD-RFID4, FD-RALI____) to the RS485 SPP master device (AXGATE, AXDOOR, XIO, X3, SuperTRAX Light, SuperGLASS, FM III-.). Mesh can be configured as a node that acts as an SPP Master (the one that FDs are connected to) or SPP Slave GATEWAY (the one connected to the SPP master).
