Easy to install and configure, it controls doors as well as alarm systems. Stand-alone version performs easy configuration using special programming cards (supplied). AX BIO is a high security stand-alone door opener with the most advanced id and security technologies that fits in an industry standard electrical box/case. The device features an optical biometric sensor capable of 1:N identification (finger only) or 1:1 verification together with the integrated MIFARE RF reader (card +finger). It is also possible to work on a card only basis. The push button with the round tri-color led activates the internal relay for ringing the bell. A buzzer for acoustic signals and an anti-tamper sensor are also integrated. A separated I/O board hosts 2 relays for controlling the gate and 2 inputs one for door status and one for the exit button. This I/O board communicates with an encrypted protocol on an RS485 dedicated line and can be placed in a safe location for top security installation.
