Painting and Surface Treatment
The surface undergoes a pre-treatment process including degreasing, pickling, and amorphous phosphating by hot spraying. The treatment involves epoxy powder coating applied electrostatically, with specific characteristics such as:

Specific weight: 1.1 to 1.8 g/cm³
Gloss: 60%: 4 - 95 ISO 2813

Polymerization: 200 ºC for 10 minutes

Material and Fabrication
The furniture is made from 19 mm thick laminated pine with rounded edges and a 2 mm radius at the corners. The tabletop is attached to the structure without screws for easy assembly and disassembly.

Upholstery and Durability
The upholstery is tested for abrasion resistance with over 25,000 Martindale cycles and has a pilling resistance rating of 4/5. Lightfastness is rated between 2-6/7 on a scale of 1-8, with 8 being the best value.
