Product catalog summary
Introduction
The document provides technical specifications for AV Composites' Technobond insulating panels, highlighting their industrial bonding technology, mechanical performance, and quality assurance. Technobond is designed for use in various climatic conditions due to its strong adhesive power.

Product Composition
The Technobond panels consist of extruded polystyrene foam with a thermal conductivity of 0.028 W/m.K, covered with a rubber-based adhesive and silicone paper. The adhesive is translucent amber with high tack properties.

Applications
Technobond is suitable for metallic (steel, aluminum) and organic (PE foam, PU) supports, excluding PVC. It is used in sandwich panels, vertical fillings, and various construction applications.

Assembly Instructions
For optimal adhesion, surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of grease. Recommended solvents include isopropyl alcohol and heptane. Application temperature should range from 15°C to 40°C, ideally between 25°C and 40°C.

Panel Properties
Thickness options are 20.5mm, 25mm, and 30mm. Thermal loss coefficients are 1.3, 1.1, and 0.9 W/K.m², respectively, with corresponding thermal resistances of 0.73, 0.89, and 1.1 m².K/W. The softening point is approximately 110°C, and the shear adhesion failure temperature is around 70°C. Peel strength is approximately 35 N/m². The fire classification for extruded polystyrene is M1.

Dimensions and Weight
The panels are 1000mm wide and 3000mm long, with weights of 1.4 kg/m², 1.5 kg/m², and 1.7 kg/m² for the respective thicknesses.

Guarantees and Recommendations
The shelf life of the product is 12 months when stored between 10°C and 35°C. AV Composites provides civil insurance but disclaims responsibility for misuse or unintended applications. Users are advised to conduct tests before use, as conditions and methods are beyond the company's control. Modifications to the product may occur without notice.
