GENERAL INFORMATION: 1. Dimensions: Metric: ( Inch ) Polyester-glass laminates (PWS) based on eco-friendly polyester resin are used for the production of the CITY ALPHABET letters. The highest quality materials ensure the strength, durability and resistance to soiling, mechanical damage and weather conditions. Assembly sheets (optional) made of stainless steel, covered with powder paint. Empty letter: approximately 73 kg ( 162 lb ) Filled letter: approx. 123 kg ( 273 lb ) Semi-finished products used for the production of the letters can be used from -40°C to 80°C ( -40°F to 176°F ). The components cannot be permanently immersed in water. Wide range of colours according to the RAL palette. At the individual request of the customer, special colour variants are also available. The letter can be installed (additional option) to the previously prepared foundations with mechanical anchors. Safety regulations must be observed during installation. Due to large dimensions, it is recommended to perform the assembly with a crane or a forklift. Installation details on the back of the document. Cleaning and maintenance operations depend of the place of installation. It is recommended to perform thorough cleaning and general inspection for possible damage at least once a year. It is recommended to apply a coating facilitating cleaning and preventing permanent soiling in accordance with the "Cleaning and maintenance instructions for products made of glass-polyester (PWS) laminate)". 1. 2) Complete set for the "D" letter should consist of the following components: ASSEMBL Y INS TRUCTION: 1) Unpack all components and check whether they were not damaged during transport 3) Tighten assembly sheets located on the bottom of the letter with M8x50 DIN 7991 bolts 4) Place the letter on prepared foundations. Mark the drilling points for holes of the anchor rods in the assembly sheets 5) Put the LETTER aside during drilling in the foundations to avoid damaging its surface.
