When you choose a Crawford 9110 EM or 9220 EM high speed door, you get two doors in one and gain an important safety feature along with many other benefits. During daily operations, the door is used like any other high speed door. In case of an emergency, the door facilitates rapid evacuation of personnel or customers. The emergency exit is relea- sed by simply pushing on the release point. An ingenious T-shaped opening, retained by zippers in the middle of the curtain, allows the two symmetrical flaps to release. A number of features make Crawford high speed doors completely safe. The soft bottom edges of the doors have no rigid parts and mould around any obstruction to prevent injury or damage. A sensor is used to automatically reverse doors when they sense an obstruc- tion allowing free passage. The doors also take up very little space thanks to the combination of fabric roll-up curtain, side guides and size customization.
