Installation Guide Overview
This document provides installation procedures for Artnovion ceiling tiles, specifically the Ceiling SQR and Ceiling RCT models. The tiles are compatible with T-frame systems and have grid spacing options of 600mm or 2ft.

Guarantee Policy
Artnovion offers a guarantee covering material or manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the purchase date. The guarantee includes rectification or replacement of defective products but excludes transport damage, misuse, non-compliance with installation instructions, and environmental damage. Claims must be submitted within two weeks of noticing a defect and before the guarantee period ends.

Exclusions and Limitations
The guarantee does not cover deviations in product appearance from samples or models, nor does it cover normal wear and tear. Repairs or replacements do not extend the original guarantee period.

Claim Procedure
To make a claim, contact the vendor or Artnovion's support with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. If the defect is covered, repair or replacement will commence immediately. For defects outside the guarantee scope, a chargeable repair service is available.
