NexPro™ XLR I G I D C O R E FLOORING is a rigid core flooring product line designed for both residential and commercial use. It features a solid polymer composite core, a 20 mil wear layer with urethane coating, and a polyethylene acoustic pad. The product is available in two sizes: 7˝ x 60˝ and 9˝ x 60˝, with coverage per carton of 23.69 ft² and 22.38 ft² respectively.

Specifications
The flooring meets international specifications ASTM F 3261, Class I, Type B, and Backing Class B. It has an overall thickness of 0.22” (5.5 mm) and a wear layer thickness of 20 mil. The factory finish is UV-cured polyurethane.

Installation and Maintenance
Installation options include floating and full spread adhesives, specifically S-288 Premium. Maintenance options are no polish and no buff polish.

The product meets or exceeds various ASTM and ISO standards for thickness, wear layer thickness, size, squareness, openings, ledging, curl, dimensional stability, residual indentation, surface integrity, chemical resistance, resistance to heat and light, and static load resistance. It also meets ADA standards for accessible design and has a static coefficient of friction of ≥ 0.5.

Fire and Safety Standards
The flooring meets fire test data requirements for flame spread and smoke evolution, classified as Class 1. It also complies with low emitting material standards and has a FloorScore® certification.

Warranty
The product comes with a 30-year limited residential warranty and a 15-year limited commercial warranty.

Sustainability and Well-Being
The flooring is certified for low emitting materials and environmental product declarations. It meets WELL® standards for toxic materials reduction, being free of asbestos, lead, and phthalates. Acoustic performance exceeds IIC and STC standards on 6” concrete without a drop ceiling.
