Armourcoat Sculptural® provides a variety of seamless wall surface designs, available in 20 styles. Material Composition

Installation

Wall Size and Corners
Panels are for internal use and should not exceed 10 meters in length or 40m² without expansion joints. Corners can be created but are costly and time-consuming.

Curved Walls
Panels can be installed on curved walls with a minimum radius of 2500mm, custom-made for each project.

Cost Considerations
Curved panels incur additional costs due to custom mould bases and increased casting time.

Colour and Surface Finish
Light colours are recommended for optimal contrast. Armourcoat offers various finishes, including Spatulata, Armuralia Fine Textured Stone, Perlata Decorative Paint Finish, and matt emulsion paint.

Design Considerations
The design process involves formalizing shape, form, and function, considering detailing and structural integrity. Designs may use 3D modeling or hand-sculpting.

Model and Mould Creation
After creating the master, mould negatives are produced for casting. Mould types include plywood/MDF, GRP, or silicone.

Lighting
Proper lighting is crucial, with recommended angles from 8-25˚, ideally 15-18˚. For a 3m high wall, halogen spots should be 400mm from the wall face. LED lighting with DMX control can enhance effects.
