Product catalog summary
Overview
Anodized Reynobond® is a composite material that combines the benefits of traditional Reynobond® with an anodized finish. It is lightweight, easy to fabricate, and offers a strong strength-to-weight ratio. The material is available in sizes up to 5’x20’ and is suitable for both interior and exterior commercial applications.

Specifications
The anodized finish provides superior surface hardness and abrasion resistance. Anodized Reynobond® meets Class I standards under AAMA 611 and is listed under ICC-ES [ESR-3435]. It is available in 4mm thickness with a fire-retardant (FR) core and a maximum width of 60 inches. The anodic coatings are inorganic and resistant to ultraviolet rays.

Design and Aesthetic Options
Architects and designers can choose from a variety of finishes, including Champagne, Clear Anodized, Light Gold, and Electrolytic Black, to create distinctive façades. The anodizing process enhances the aluminum with a corrosion-resistant finish.

Fabrication Considerations
When working with Anodized Reynobond®, it is important to erect sheets in one direction due to potential color variations. Crazing, or the development of thin lines in the anodic coating, can occur during rolling, forming, or bending, especially with darker finishes.

Compliance and Safety
Users must ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations. Reynobond® FR and AS3000B have passed US NFPA 285, E84, and Canada S134, S102 tests as part of an assembly. Reynobond® PE is combustible and should be used with caution.

Technical Properties
The material has a weight of 1.55 lb/ft² (7.57 kg/m²) and a maximum length of 243 inches (6.17 meters). The finish tolerance is Class 1 with a ∆E of 5.0 according to AAMA 611 standards.
