Our proven process includes full AutoCAD shop drawings and finish samples for final approvals. Our traditionally constructed stile and rail doors begin with engineered stiles, known as “Stave Core”, built with laminated wood cores, 3/16” thick face skins and solid edges known as “staves”. Our interior doors feature Select and FAS hardwoods such as Sapele, Spanish Cedar, Alder, Mahogany, White Oak, Poplar, Soft and Hard Maple, Ash, Pine, Fir, and many more. We work to support responsible forestry by purchasing from FSC Certified dealers. We are also able to source reclaimed and antique woods for your project. Often we provide our interior doors pre-hung in a jamb built from matching species or in a simple paint grade material. Rabbeted jambs are a common specification we are glad to meet as well.
